Pomapeño Preserves (seasonal)

Our festive holiday spread: a delightful combination of pomegranate and jalapeño that looks like rubies suspended in a jar. Infused with the flavor of jalapeño, but not spicy, “Pomapeño” is delicious on crackers or apples, with cheese or nuts. It also makes both a sweet and savory topping for meats like pork chops and turkey.

Ingredients: Pomegranate seed, jalapeño pepper, red and/or green bell pepper, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, fruit pectin, salt

Chip on Our Shoulder

Our biggest seller. A distinctive, smoky chipotle Dijon mustard with a hint of honey. “Chip” adds a delightful kick to veggies, chicken or pork and is exceptionally good at spicing up your mac & cheese, burritos or huevos rancheros.

Ingredients:   Dijon mustard, mustard powder, chipotle in adobo sauce, pure honey, rice wine vinegar, ginger, lemon pepper, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, annatto, cane sugar, soybean oil

Honey, You’re Money

A deliciously unique take on classic honey Dijon mustard, with fresh roasted scallions and parsley, “Honey” is the ideal dressing for salads or sandwiches and makes a marvelous marinade for roasted veggies. It’s also a delicious dip for crudites, pretzels and salty snacks.

Ingredients: Dijon mustard, mustard flour, pure  honey, white & lemon pepper, ginger, rice wine vinegar, garlic, onion, lemon  juice, salt, roasted scallions & Italian parsley

Beer-B-Q

A classic, savory barbecue sauce slowly simmered in Stout, “Beer-B-Q” is scrumptious on beef, pork, potatoes and other savory foods. As a marinade, it imparts an earthy flavor to complement any hearty dish; as a bonus, it’s a fabulous topping for both burgers and fries!

Ingredients:  Stout beer, ketchup, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar,  kosher salt, cane & brown sugar, natural smoke flavor, hot sauce, onion, garlic, paprika, ginger, bay leaf

Pining for Peppers

A flavorful fusion of sweet red and yellow peppers with tangy pineapple, “Pining for Peppers” does double-duty as both a marinade and a salsa, making it perfect for fish, seafood and salads. Try it with tortilla chips or plantain chips for deliciously tangy snack.

Ingredients: Ketchup, maple syrup, bell pepper, pineapple, chili powder, onion, ginger  

Fire Works!

You asked for spicy, you got spicy! “FireWorks!” is fiery hot and performs perfectly on Buffalo wings, huevos rancheros and other fried, baked or roasted foods–for those who like to kick things up a notch.

Ingredients: Ketchup, habanero and jalapeño peppers, pepper sauce, kosher salt, white pepper, vegetable oil, ginger, maple syrup, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder

Apples & Oranges (seasonal)

Citrus is the name of the game in this festive, aromatic blend of fresh red apples and oranges. Delicious on pork, chicken, turkey or beef or as a glaze for roasted veggies and fruit. Also wonderful with pretzels, chips and other salty snacks.
